This February Lunch Program is a Repeat Presentation of the program
given at the Education Breakfast Meeting on January 28.
This program will discuss the financial, legal, and emotional aspects that impact seniors living alone, and includes people who are single, divorced, widowed, ex-pats, LGBTQ and have little or no family support system.

Ilene Amiel, DMM and CDFA, is the owner of Personal Affairs Administrator, Inc (PAA), a daily money management and divorce consulting firm.
Ms. Amiel specializes in helping individuals manage their daily finances including financial organizing, bill paying, budgeting and retirement planning. Clients include solo agers, recent widows and women in the process of divorce. Ilene works with Executors/Administrators on all non-probate matters in settling estates as well as a contractor for T & E attorneys.
Prior to founding PAA, Ilene was a Comptroller and Advertising Manager for several marketing firms and NYC based international ad agencies. Ilene earned her Bachelor’s degree from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. She is a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers, The Orion Resource Group, the Northern Westchester Geriatric Committee and Senior Law Day.
Joanna C. Feldman, Esq. is a senior associate with the law firm Maker, Fragale & Di Costanzo, LLP. Joanna’s practice is focused in the areas of elder law, trusts and estate planning, Medicaid and long-term care planning, probate and estate administration, special needs planning, and guardianships. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University. She is an active member of many professional and bar associations, including the Elder Law and Special Needs and Trusts and Estates Law sections of the New York State Bar Association.
Michael Rosenman, CLU ChFC AEP is a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual since 2001. His practice focuses on Estate and Business Planning, and on the integration of long-term care funding needs into retirement planning. Mike is the current president of the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County. He lives in Pleasantville and enjoys road cycling, playing the piano, and bourbon and red wine in moderation.
