Paulina Mejia, Regional Managing Director and Trust Counsel, serves as office leader for Fiduciary Trust in New York City, where she is trust counsel, working closely with clients to develop complex trust and estates strategies. Paulina is a member of Fiduciary Trust’s Management and Operating Committees, and of the board of Fiduciary Trust Company of Delaware. She has over 15 years of trusts and estates practice and advisory experience.




Jennifer L. McCarthy, Managing Director and Trust Counsel at Fiduciary Trust International in New York City works closely with clients in connection with their estate planning and trust administration. Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust, Jennifer focused her practice for over 15 years on advising private foundations and assisting clients with estate planning, the administration of trusts and estates and residential real estate transactions.



Taylor Custis, Managing Director, Trust Counsel and Senior Relationship Manager has over 20 years of experience in estate and wealth transfer planning, trust administration and client management.  Taylor is responsible for delivering a comprehensive suite of trust, estate, tax and planning advisory services to clients of Fiduciary Trust.  Taylor is based in Atlanta, Georgia where she is helping to build out a new office for Fiduciary Trust as it continues to expand its national presence.
