Program Overview ~

This seminar, based around the characters of the popular TV show Modern Family, focuses on the myriad of estate and legacy planning issues faced by this fictional family. These issues include: a second marriage where the new spouse is the same age as the children from the prior marriage, a non-citizen spouse and a same sex couple with an adopted child. Estate tax Issues around the unlimited marital deduction and lifetime gifting between unmarried couples will be covered. The presentation discusses a wide range of insurance based planning strategies.
