STAYING OUT OF TROUBLE: The Duties, Problems and Pitfalls of Serving As Trustee
This will be our final education seminar of the 2012-2013 council year. Reservations are limited to Estate Planning Council members only, on a first come, first served basis. In addition, guest reservations may be accepted if space is available.

Paul M. Millman has been practicing law for over thirty years in White Plains, New York primarily in the areas of tax, trusts, and estate planning and tax and estate litigation.
He has tried matters in US Tax Court, Surrogates court in New York and Florida and Federal District court in New York, New Jersey and Florida, including multiple matters on trustee liability.
He has spoken before the Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk County Bar associations, Merrill Lynch, UBS and Citibank financial planning conferences, and Charles Givens Financial Institute.

Greg received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law and his bachelor's degree from Manhattanville College. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1981.
He has more than three decades of legal experience commencing with his service as Courtroom Deputy Clerk for The Honorable Lloyd F. MacMahon, former Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to joining Tompkins Financial Advisors, Greg was a partner at two prominent Hudson Valley law firms.
